BIOSTAR® is the universal device for all pressure thermoforming and orthodontic applications in dentistry, featuring scanning technology and a maximum working pressure of 6.0 bar, adjustable via the pressure reducer on the device. The unique, thermally regulated infrared emitter reaches working temperature in just one second. All parameters, such as temperature and heating and cooling times, are programmed via the scanner or by entering a code. The 3.2" color LCD screen with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels guides you through each step of the pressure thermoforming process and provides detailed information about the scanned plate, its indications, and a library of illustrated operating instructions and videos for the manufacturing process. It features an interface for easy updates. The large model container facilitates the coating of model bases, and the spacious drawer allows for optimal dispensing and storage of the granules.
