Bluephase PowerCure is an LED curing light that produces high-energy blue light. Thanks to its broadband Polywave® LED, Bluephase PowerCure is ideal for curing all light-cured dental materials in the 385–515 nm wavelength range. These materials include restorative materials, bonding agents/adhesives, bases, liners, fissure sealants, temporary materials, as well as cementation materials for brackets and indirect restorations such as ceramic inlays. Four programs are available: 3sCure / 3050 mW/cm², Turbo / 2100 mW/cm², High Power / 1200 mW/cm², and PreCure (preset to 2 s) / 950 mW/cm². The 3sCure program (3050 mW/cm²) should only be used for direct restorations in the posterior region (Class I and II) in combination with Tetric PowerFill, Tetric PowerFlow, or Adhese Universal. The 3sCure program should not be used in cases of deep caries.
