The outer diameter of the Octoplus needle is identical to that of a standard needle, but its inner diameter has been specially designed to inject the same dose of anesthetic fluid at a lower pressure. This allows the dentist to better control the injection and the flow rate, resulting in a smoother injection for the patient. The Octoplus needle offers additional advantages: Thanks to a bevel indicator, the dentist can more precisely determine the injection site, reducing the risk of tissue damage and needle blockage.
